How to save Word 2007 file in Word 2003 Format

Saving file of Word 2007 file in Word 2003 format is very simple. The need of saving file in office 2003 format is actually needed when we dont know that whether our file which we are sending or gonna use on another pc would be opened on that pc or not because still office 2003 is more popular in some places.

To save file in office 2003 format you have to do some basic steps .

To change this setting, click on the Office Button in the upper left hand corner.
























Now click the Word Options button in the menu.

























Click on the Save tab, and then change the drop-down menu for “Save files in this format” to be “Word 97-2003 Document”.





















And save the file . now your format is converted into word 2003 .
