How to Trim or remove extra Line in AutoCad

Auto Cad is one of best drawing Software
Here i am going to explain how to remove an extra line.
This is done by using Trim command
click on modify baton then click on Trim or u can write tr in command as tr is the Hot key of Trim
now after Click on Trim you have to click on that line with which that particular extra portion of Line in Connected.Then press Enter then click on that extra portion line which you want to delete.after clicking on that portion of extra line it will be deleted.
here is an example

















in above diagram we are going to remove small line which arrow is pointing
now click on Modify then click on Trim.Then select those lines with which that small line is connectted.then click Enter.In the below diagram you will see selected lines in dotted form.






















now selected lines are in dotted form
now after pressing Enter click on the small line it will be removed as showen in the diagram below
